(Provenance Argentina or Brazil preferably)
2. QUANTITY:
200,000.00 MT to 300,000.00 MT per shipment
(NB. Based on a yearly contract we can purchase up to 1 million MT subject to terms and conditions)
3. SPECIFICATIONS:
No. 2 Soybean, GMO or Non-GMO, 2003/2004/2005 crop production, fit for human consumption with the following specifications:
- MIN 54 LB/BUSHEL TEST WEIGHT
- MAX 14.0% MOISTURE
- MAX 3.0% TOTAL DAMAGED KERNELS
- MAX 0.5% HEAT DAMAGED KERNELS
- MAX 20% SPLITS
- MAX 2.0% FOREIGN MATERIAL
- MAX 2.0% SOYBEANS OF OTHER COLORS
- MIN 18-18.5% OIL
(with allowance of 1% of contract price for each 1% oil in deficiency fractions in proportion)
- MIN 34-35% PROTEIN
(with allowance of 1% of contract price for each 1% protein deficiency fractions in proportion)
Free from plague, diseases, pests and weeds.
The soybeans supplied by the Seller should be free from the following diseases, pests and weeds dangerous to plants in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China, i.e.:
- Callosobruchus anelis (fabricius)
- Cuscuts spp
- Meloidogyne incognita (kofoid & white) chitwood
- Phytophthora megasperma (drechs) F.sp.glycines kuan

The chemical residues of the soybeans supplied by the Seller should not exceed the regulations stipulated by the Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China and is to be substantiated by a first class independent surveyor certificate certifying that:
- Arsenic compound shall be a maximum of 1ppm (one part per million calculated according to AS203 content)
- Mercuric compound shall not be found
- Phosphides shall be a max. of 0.05 ppm (0.05 parts per million calculated according to the PH3 content)
- Cyanides shall be a max of 5ppm (5 parts per million calculated according to the HCN content)
- Malathion shall be a max. of 3 ppm (3 parts per million).
Weight to be final at loading port as per official SGS certificate. Certificate of weight must show weight ascertained by officially approved scales directly prior to loading into ocean vessel. Weight charges for the Seller’s account.
